Overseas COVID Shipping Delays

Dear Trendsists,
After the Lunar New Year shipping delays, Trendsi was able to return to an 87% fulfillment rate, delivered within 10 business days with an overall average delivery time between 7 - 8 business days for overseas orders.
However, due to severe COVID cases overseas, several ports are in lockdown, causing delays:
- Overseas orders placed between 2/25 - 3/14 may be delayed 3 - 5 business days
- Overseas orders placed after 3/14 may be delayed 5 - 7 business days
- We estimate overseas shipping to resume to normal by 3/21, but we will continue to monitor and update this announcement as we receive new information from our logistics partners.
- UPDATE: Some overseas orders can still be delayed 2 - 3 business days and continue until further notice. We will monitor and update when more information is available.
We know this is painful news for you to receive as it is also painful for us to deliver. While we are experiencing shipping delays for overseas orders, all orders shipped from the US will not be impacted, including items from Trendsi Luxe. The shipping time for US orders remains to be 2 - 5 business days.
