As Trendsi continues to grow, we are constantly finding ways to improve company procedures in order to provide a better user experience.
Effective immediately, here are the changes to the Trendsi Returns Policy & Procedure:

We will no longer accept exchange requests of any kind, only returns initiated within 7 days of receiving the last package. Any requests submitted prior to 3/10/22 will still be processed.
This decision was made based on data collected over the past year from our Returns Department. On average, it takes about 3-4 weeks for the entire exchange procedure to be completed. Often times, this will result in the desired item being sold out or a long wait time for your customers to receive the exchanged size/color.
To alleviate these issues, we have revised the Trendsi Returns Policy & Procedure. By returning the unwanted item to us with no additional requests, we can process a refund faster. In the meantime, if your customer wishes to get a different size or product altogether, they can place the order, or you can place a sample order for them. We believe this will improve the experience for your customers.
