Many of you have been anxiously awaiting further communication since our tiered shipping fee announcement last week. We have spent the last several days digging deep into every possible avenue to offer competitive and reasonable shipping rates for our users, and you can see the finalized rates here:

The challenge of maintaining competitive rates largely comes from orders that contain products from multiple warehouses. We ship multiple packages in order to ensure your customers can receive items as quickly as possible. In the future, we will provide more flexibility on shipping options to help you save, as our order processing and shipping gain momentum and we strengthen both our domestic and international logistics.

These changes are effective as of July 21st. Product weights will be syncing over to Shopify, so that you can set your customer-facing shipping rates to be tiered by weight as well.
