We are thrilled to announce that a major upgrade to your Trendsi experience is coming soon. Our team has been working tirelessly to enhance your Trendsi experience and we can't wait to share these updates with you. Some features have already launched and some will be live next week.
 
  1. Live Video Showcase: as some of you may have noticed already, Trendsi added a live video showcase of the latest product releases on the Trendsi website. You can now watch live, comment, buy samples, and replay the lives at your fingertips. We believe that this will help add a new level of interactivity and excitement to your Trendsi experience. Stay tuned to our weekly product showcases and educational content. (Currently can be accessed via Trendsi.com and logging into your account, it will be available in Trendsi mobile app soon.)


  2. More Product Videos: we are increasing the amount of video content available on Trendsi. More and more products will now have a short video available for you to view and download for marketing purposes. We know how important it is for you and your customers to see the product in action and that's why we are bringing these valuable resources to you.


  3. More Powerful Filters: more filters are coming on Trendsi so that you can more easily find the products that you love and add to your Shopify store. You will soon be able to filter products by photo style, product style, and even sizing.


  4. Brand New Navigation & Shipping Time Filter: we will be bringing you a brand new home page navigation so that you can easily find products. For a more consistent and simplified shipping time experience, we will reorganize the shipping time filter into:
  • 2 - 7 Business Days: we will upgrade Trendsi Express by bringing in more high-quality overseas products to 2 - 7 business days fast shipping. At the same time, existing 2-5 business days shipping products will be combined into 2-7 business days shipping as we also have been working closely with more US vendors to expand our US brand selections with deeper inventory. Even though most of the orders will still be delivered within 2-5 business days, you may want to update the shipping language to 2-7 business days in your product description and website by filtering products with "Shipped from USA" tag on Shopify.
  • 5 - 10 Business Days: This shipping time will continue to offer overseas-shipped products with plans to expand into more exciting categories this year.
