We have been notified by overseas logistics that due to the closure of Shenzhen port caused by the rise in COVID cases, all three major express shipping companies are experiencing shipping delays. A large number of market lines and ocean carriers have also been suspended at this time.
Any overseas orders placed after January 10th will experience a delay of 3 - 4 calendar days and we will update you on this delay status once the logistics companies return to normal shipping.
We know this is painful news for you to receive as it is also painful for us to deliver. For those of you not comfortable with the delays, we want to strongly encourage you to utilize all the new US arrivals.
